Homes for You. Homes for Them: Our Spring Parade of Homes Partnership with Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue

When we started planning how to make the FM Spring Parade of Homes 2026 memorable, we knew we wanted to do more than just showcase beautiful new construction. We wanted to build community. So we reached out to Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue (TMAR), and the partnership that unfolded reminded us why we love what we do.

The Idea

For the opening weekend of the parade (May 2-3), we opened the doors to our Sasha Model to adoptable dogs and cats from TMAR. While families walked through our newly built home, they had the chance to meet animals looking for their forever homes. It felt right—homes for people, homes for animals.

What Happened

Over that weekend, something beautiful unfolded. Visitors didn’t just tour the home; they connected. Parents brought their kids to meet the dogs and cats. Couples imagined their new life in the space. And several animals left with their new families.

The energy was genuine. People were there because they cared about both the homes and the mission of TMAR.

The Impact

This partnership reminded us that being a home builder in Fargo means more than construction. It means supporting the community we serve. TMAR’s work—rescuing stray animals, rehoming those in need, and decreasing animal overpopulation—aligned perfectly with our values.
