They book a design consultation
2
No pressure, and we won't add them to a list.
We reach out once
1
Do it before they meet with us, so the referral is yours.
Send us their name
A thank-you for sending someone to Novel. It's paid as soon as they book a design consultation, whether or not they end up building.
$1250
Referral Bonus
Up to three rounds of revisions
Selections, allowances, and a final construction budget
Permit-ready plan set
Dimensioned floor plans
All four elevations and a roof plan
Design Consultation
Real design work, not a sales meeting. They sit down with our team and we draw their house.
Site plan on their actual lot
$2500
Novel will never ask for a Social Security number by email, text, or a web form. The W-9 goes through a secure signing service.
Your info
Anyone except Novel employees and the people who live with them.
Who can take part
We need their name before they meet with us. No payment if they were already talking to us.
Timing
If two people refer the same friend, the earlier referral counts. No payment if they never book or cancel before paying.
One payment per person
We'll ask for a W-9 before your first payment. Once your payments reach $600 in a year, we'll send you a 1099.
Taxes
When they book the consultation, not when a house sells.
When you get paid
