PRICES, PLANS, AND SPECIFICATIONS
Any price on this site is a starting point published for general information. It is not a quote and does not bind Novel.
Base prices for floor plans exclude the lot, site work, elevations, upgrades, selections, permits, and allowance overages. What a home costs depends on the plan, the lot, and the selections, and is established only in a signed written purchase agreement.
Floor plans, renderings, photographs, square footages, dimensions, room counts, materials, and features shown here are illustrative. Photographs frequently show upgraded selections and staging not included in a base price. Dimensions and square footages are approximate and use industry conventions that may differ from how an appraiser or assessor measures. Plans and specifications change, we may substitute materials of equal or better quality, and nothing shown here is part of your home unless it appears in your signed agreement and selections.
We may change prices, plans, and availability at any time without notice, and we are not obligated to honor a price shown on this site.

COMMITMENTS LIVE IN YOUR PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Novel makes no guarantee through this website.
Every commitment about price, schedule, completion, or workmanship is set out in your executed written purchase agreement, and that agreement is the only place to find it — including how it defines any completion date, what counts as excused delay, and how change orders affect either.
If anything on this site differs from your signed purchase agreement, the purchase agreement controls.

WARRANTIES ON HOMES WE BUILD
Homes Novel builds carry a one-year construction warranty, on the terms set out in your purchase agreement and closing documents. Those documents are the warranty.
This website does not create a warranty, extend one, or add to one, and nothing here changes what your own documents say.

FAIR HOUSING
Novel supports and complies with federal, North Dakota, and Minnesota fair housing law. We do not discriminate in the sale or construction of housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

WE ARE A BUILDER, NOT A BROKERAGE
Novel Design + Build builds homes. Novel is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services. We sell the homes we build. If you want an agent representing your interests in a transaction with us, you're welcome to bring one, and we'll work with them.
The brokerage Novel works with is a separate company. Novel Design + Build itself does not advertise listings or offer brokerage services through this website.

The text, photographs, renderings, floor plans, logos, the names "Novel Design + Build," "Novel," and "Fargo Home Company," and our plan names — Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Emerson, Maya, Woolf, Kipling — belong to Novel or are used by us under license.
Photographs on this site are used with the photographer's permission.
You may view the site and share links to it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our floor plans, reuse our photographs or renderings, scrape the site, or use our names or marks in a way suggesting we endorse you.
